Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a process of evaluating the likely environmental impacts of a proposed project or development, taking into account inter-related socio-economic, cultural and human-health impacts, both beneficial and adverse.

All new projects or activities, expansion and modernization of existing projects, any change in product – mix listed in the Schedule to the EIA Notification 2006 and its Amendment requires prior Environmental Clearance from MoEF/SEIAA. On basis of Terms of reference issued by the Expert Appraisal Committee an EIA study is conducted and Public Consultation is done. A Final EIA report is prepared & presented to the EAC/SEAC. Based on the recommendations of EAC/SEAC the MoEF/SEIAA grants Environmental Clearance.

We prepare environmental impact assessment report under the supervision of qualified and experienced staff. In accordance to the specifications provided, the offered assessments can be customized. Known for systematically execution, the offered assessment aims to study the result of changes on socio-economic & physical characteristics of environment.

The environmental clearance process is required for 39 types of projects and covers aspects like screening, scoping and evaluation of the upcoming project. The main purpose is to assess impact of the planned project on the environment and people and to try to abate/minimize the same.

It shall be mandatory for the project management to submit half yearly report compliance reports in respect of stipulated prior environmental clearance teams and conditions in hard and soft copies to the regulatory authority concerned on 1st June and 1st December of each calendar year.
